In both my personal practice of 30 years and 15 years of teaching mindfulness in a therapeutic setting, I have witnessed how mindfulness can help people change lifelong patterns of anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with couples and I using my Imago training to help couples utilize relationship challenges as paths to growth and transformation.
I enjoy working with people from diverse ethnic, religious backgrounds as well as sexual orientations, and gender identifications backgrounds. I am a sex positive therapist and kink friendly. I see clients in the office setting, at outdoor sessions, as well as through teletherapy.
